No, the payment made during booking is a visitation charge and will be adjusted against the final repair estimate.
2-If it happens again, what should I do?
Relax — your repair is under warranty. If the problem comes back, we’ll fix it for free.
3-Does the warranty cover replacement parts?
Yes, spare parts supplied by us are covered under a 1 month warranty. Customer-provided parts are not included.
4-Will the carpenter arrange the required installation materials (screws, nails, etc.)?
No, the required materials must be supplied by the customer. However, our carpenters can help arrange them from the local market if necessary, and the charges will be reflected in your invoice.
