No, the payment made during booking is a visitation charge and will be adjusted against the final repair estimate.
2-If it happens again, what should I do?
Relax — your repair is under warranty. If the problem comes back, we’ll fix it for free.
3-Does the warranty cover replacement parts?
Yes, spare parts supplied by us are covered under a 1 month warranty. Customer-provided parts are not included.
4-Will the carpenter arrange the installation materials?
No, the required materials must be supplied by the customer. However, our carpenters can help arrange them from the local market if necessary.
