No, the payment made at the time of booking is a service visit charge and will be adjusted against the final installation estimate.

No, customers must provide the materials. However, our technician can arrange the required items at market price, and the cost will be added to your bill.
3-What steps are taken if the issue happens again?
Relax — your service is under 1 month warranty. If the problem comes back, we’ll fix it for free.
4-Does the warranty cover replacement parts?
Yes, spare parts supplied by us are covered under warranty. Customer-provided parts are not included.
5-Will the electrician arrange the required installation materials (wires, nuts, etc.)?
No. Materials need to be provided by the customer. However, our electrician can purchase the required items at market rates on your behalf. The cost will be added to your invoice.
