1- What happens if my AC doesn’t need a gas refilling?
If your AC does not need a gas refill, only a ₹279 visitation fee will apply.
2- Will the technician carry all required tools for the service?
All necessary tools are provided by the technician. Please note that a ladder must be arranged if required.
3- What if the technician discovers a problem with my AC during service?
In such cases, the technician will share a repair estimate as per the rate card on the app, and you can decide how to proceed.
4- If it happens again, what should I do?
Relax — your repair is under warranty. If the problem comes back, we’ll fix it for free.
5- How can I be sure that genuine parts are used?
