No, the fee paid during booking is a service visit charge and will be adjusted in the final estimate.
2- If it happens again, what should I do?
Relax — your repair is under warranty. If the problem comes back, we’ll fix it for free.
3- Does the warranty cover replacement parts?
Yes, spare parts supplied by us are covered under a 1 month warranty. Customer-provided parts are not included.
4- What happens if home repair isn’t possible?
If we can’t fix it at home, we’ll take it to our workshop and repair it with genuine parts. You can track everything in the app or just call us for updates.
