a) Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel a booking before the service professional is assigned without any charges.
- If cancellation is made after professional assignment but before arrival, a small cancellation fee may apply.
- If cancellation is made after the professional has arrived at the location, a visit charge may be applicable.
b) Cancellation by HelpMarts / Professional
HelpMarts reserves the right to cancel a booking due to:
- Professional unavailability
- Safety concerns
- Incorrect address or details
- Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, any advance payment (if made) will be refunded.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Service not delivered
- Overcharging due to technical error
- Cancellation eligible under policy
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after service completion
- Dissatisfaction without valid reason
- Minor delays due to traffic or unavoidable reasons
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing time may vary.
4. Service Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
- HelpMarts may investigate the issue.
- A re-service or partial refund may be offered depending on the case.
5. Advance Payments
If advance payment is required for certain services:
- Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing.
- Non-refundable charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during booking.
